Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear pictures of the product, packaging, and invoice are required for verification.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (where applicable).
Refunds

Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, as per company policy.
