Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns or replacements are only accepted in case of:

    • Damaged or leaked product on delivery

    • Incorrect product sent

    • Missing item in the order

Conditions for Eligibility

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear pictures of the product, packaging, and invoice are required for verification.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (where applicable).

Refunds

  • Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, as per company policy.

Important Note

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for dissatisfaction after use, allergic reactions, or personal preference, as results may vary from person to person.

  • Customers are advised to try smaller pack sizes before regular use.
